Chiropractic is a proven technique to help women physically adjust to pregnancy
When you are pregnant, your body goes through many changes in order to accommodate and nourish the life you are growing inside you.
One of the most common issues for women to suffer from is back pain. About 50% to 80% of pregnant women say that they experience lower back pain during pregnancy. In many ways, it’s a natural response to the changes in your body.
Joanna, London Wellness Clinic Director and Mother of Two, wrote this guide because she is passionate about helping people to live healthy, happy and active lives. “This is especially important when you’re preparing to become a mother and then responsible for helping another human also be healthy and happy.”
What A Client Has Said About Us
“I saw Edward Wilkinson at London Wellness throughout my recent pregnancy. I was miraculously able to have a pain free pregnancy thanks to Edward’s weekly treatments. Not only did he work on my back, but he worked on my pelvis and posture to accommodate a changing body and keep me as mobile and fit as possible.”
