Qualified with London College of massage as a Swedish and Deep tissue therapist in 2019, holds a Thai yoga massage Level 3 VTCT diploma, Pregnancy massage Level 3 diploma, Chair Massage on-site diploma, 200h TTC Yoga alliance Certificate, Aerial Yoga TTC. Federica believes deeply in the power of touch, movement and in the body’s ability to heal itself, utilising her experience to assist this process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach to reaching the specific goals of each client. She enjoys focusing on specific conditions such as sciatic pain, frozen shoulder and chronic neck pain, just to name a few.
