What To Expect
Your chiropractor will review your full medical history and talk to you about your lifestyle and treatment goals. This is to ensure there are no underlying contra-indications to treatment and to fully understand your symptoms.
Then a physical examination is done, which involves functional, postural, orthopaedic and neurological tests. We look at your musculoskeletal movement and strength and we check your neurological function. Honestly, you’ll be amazed!
Finally the chiropractor looks at your health goals and immediate priorities. You also receive an accurate diagnosis (a ‘label’ for what’s wrong), a prognosis (an assessment of how long it will take and what you can expect), a personalised treatment plan to ensure you reach your goals and, assuming you wish to proceed, your first Chiropractic adjustment.

Chiropractic treatments are fast and effective. It is important you are on time for all these treatments and remember, you’re here for a good time not a long time! Don’t get drawn into thinking that longer treatments mean better treatments, we are effecting your central nervous system and it is important not to overload your system. Chiropractic is often referred to as ‘switching the lights on’…it doesn’t take long, but it’s very effective.
Duration: 30 and 60 minutes
Cost: £50 and £80 respectively
Deep tissue massage breaks down knotted and tense muscle fibres, stimulating the blood flow to regenerate the muscle tissue and flushing away toxins. It’s also surprisingly relaxing, although don’t expect the spa treatment from your holidays!
Massage will often provide immediate pain relief as it is very effective at relaxing muscles and releasing inflammation. It is very common to combine massage therapy into a course of Chiropractic treatment, and you will find us often referring between the services for the long term benefit of our clients.
During your Initial Consultation, the Chiropodist/Podiatrist will assess your feet and any specific issues or concerns you may have. If there are problems, such as hard skin, calluses or a verruca, this will be treated on your first appointment.
Duration and cost:
Initial consultation – 30 minutes – £80.00
Following treatment session – 30 minutes – £55.00
Following treatment session – 45 minutes – £75.00
Following treatment session – 60 minutes – £95.00
Medical Insurance
Our clinics are registered with AXA PPP, BUPA and all other major Private Medical Insurance companies. Please obtain an authorisation code and provide that when you make your first appointment.

We are open 6 days a week, from 08:00-19:00
Monday to Friday (until 8pm on Tuesday), and on
Saturday between 09:00 and 14:00.
